Prices
Enjoy a wonderful vacation with your friends and family. Our vacation home is at your disposal, there are no other guests. It is the perfect place to start your vacation in the Flemish Ardennes.
During Belgian school holidays, from July 1st till August 31st, the price for a weekend (Friday at 5pm till Sunday 8pm) or a midweek (Monday at 5pm till Friday 10am) stay is 995€. During summer the house can also be rented for the whole week at a cost of 1.600€.
All other formulas are available on request. Don’t wait to book for 2024, more than 50% of all weekends all no longer available.
During the weekend of the Tour of Flanders, Ascension Day and White Sunday, Easter, Halloween, X-mas and New Year’s eve, the price from Friday evening till Monday morning is 1.295€.
Outside the school holidays, the price is 995€ for a weekend or a midweek.
January till February (excluding school holidays), the price is 895€ for a weekend or a midweek.
Included in above mentioned prices are the holiday accommodation for a maximum of 16 people, Wifi, digital tv’ and water consumption. A starter’s package with kitchen herbs, coffee and tea, sugar, toilet paper and kitchen paper are foreseen. Gas and electricity are to be paid based on real usage.
Not included in the price is the tourist tax of 1€ pp per night and 0,5€ per child under 18.
A ‘normal’ final cleaning costs 125€ and will be charged via the guarantee amount.
Usage of wellness facilities cost 200€ for the full duration of your stay.

Extra info
After we have received your request, we draw up a standard agreement and an advance invoice of 30% on the house price.
The remaining amount of the house price must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. The deposit is paid on the spot in cash or via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded no later than 10 days after your departure, minus any costs of which you will be informed in advance.
